The Palestinian prisoner Hayil Emran revealed details on the circumstances he was under while being at Galilee Prison in Akka. After he started showing symptoms of high temperature, he was transferred to the quarantine, a division similar to the cells and lacks any human life requirements. The beds, he said, are made of cement; and the treatment is only given during the day. He was tested while his hands and feet were cuffed, and the jailors prevented him from using the toilet.
