Edward Price, spokesman of the US Department of State, stated in a press conference that the US Department had urged the Israeli occupation not to displace the Palestinian families from Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in the occupied Al-Quds.

Price said that the families should not leave the homes where they had lived for decades. He also urged the occupation not to make any move that would increase the tension and block the endeavors that seek to activate the negotiations-based two-state solution.
