Hassan Abdrabbu, spokesman at the CDA, said in a press release in Ramallah that the administrative detainees leveled up their protests inside the occupation's prisons. 4 new prisoners joined the strike against the policy of administrative detention.
Abdrabbu also said that the attacks against the prisoners increased. The special suppressive units broke into Division 2 in Negev prison, assaulted the prisoners and sabotaged their personal belongings.
Abdrabbu expects the number of prisoners on strike to increase in the coming days against the administrative detention and continuous break-ins and searches.
Waed Captive and Liberators Society urged the administration of prisons to be open to all choices offered by the leadership of the prisoners movement in order to end the detention policy since it is illegal and a crime against humanity.
