The Israeli occupation forces revealed the initial findings of the investigations in the escape of the six Palestinian prisoners from Jablou prison in the occupied lands of 1948.

According to the investigation, the prisoners spent a whole year digging into the tunnel. A number of the prisoners took part in the digging and a few knew the escape plan.

Occupation allegation noted that the Palestinian prisoners walked about three km and then got into a vehicle that helped them stay out of the place.

The CCTV camera installed for security purposes outside Jalbou’ prison documented the moment when the prisoners left the tunnel’s hole, but the jailers did not notice, according to Occupation Public Broadcasting Corporation.

At that time, no one was guarding the watchtower located in the outer wall of the prison along the tunnel’s hole where the prisoners came out of.
