The Commission of Detainees Affairs reported that 22 prisoners languishing in Division (1) at Damon Prison have been suffering from harsh arrest conditions due to the lack of fresh air and sunlight as well high degree of humidity. The prisoners complained of dirty mattresses,  rusty beds, and very small prison yard.
