The Authority of Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs said that the Israeli occupation court is scheduled to hold a session to consider the appeal submitted to prisoner Khalil Awawda, despite his serious health condition.
The authority added that the session will present 3 options, the first of which is to confirm the continuation of his administrative detention, and the second is to freeze his administrative detention, which is a legal ploy that means keeping him in hospital for treatment until his health condition improves and then to renew his administrative detention, and the third is to end his administrative detention.
The authority warned of the sudden death of prisoner Awawda in light of his continuation of hunger strike for the 155th day in a row, and in light of the deterioration of his health condition.
