According to the Palestinian Centre for Prisoners' Studies,  Israeli occupation detains more than 30 Palestinian prisoners suffer multiple forms of disabilities, whether physical or psychological. They also are subjected to harsh detention conditions that increase their suffering. The prison administration does not provide them with their own needs or assistance devices.

 Occupations continue to detain persons with various disabilities in disregard of Palestinianies life. The arrest was an explicit violation of the most basic international norms which consider them as people with special needs and should not be assaulted.
