The prisoner Clup stated the occupation prisoners' administration are carrying out a crime against Asif al-Rifai, who had cancer. They deliberately procrastinate his transfer to the hospital and conduct medical examinations to complete his treatment, while there is a marked decline in his health.

In the same context , Ahmed Abu Emeera was suddenly transferred to “ Al Afoula Hospital” because his health  was deteriorating. He suffers from water on the lungs, amid deliberate medical negligence by occupation prison administration.
