The Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Club stressed that the Israeli occupation administration increased its punitive measures against the prisoners following the imposition of new measures on them. 

Among these punitive measures, controlling the amount of water for the prisoners, reducing the hours of showering, and providing them with bad bread. Also, doubling the storming and checking operations, along with ratifying the law depriving the prisoners from medicine and the death penalty for the prisoners who committed fedayeen operations against the occupation. Not only this, but also increasing the number of prisoners sent to solitary confinement.
