Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, decided to satisfy Itamar Ben Gvir, the Minister of National Security of Israel, by giving him permission to establish the national guard militia. This militia will be able to deal with any Fedayeen Operation in the occupied Palestinian territories of 1948, especially during the confrontation periods. The same role was played by the Lahava, Black Shadow, and Lafamilia gangs in the 2021 aggression on the Gaza Strip. However, these gangs didn't serve as authoritative bodies, yet Netanyahu was satisfied with their performance during the aggression.

The Israeli financial newspaper, Calcalist, described this national guard as “Ben Gvir's special militia." This national guard will consist of secular right gangs (Lafamilia) and extremist religious right gangs (Lahava). Moreover, via Channel 13, Ben Gvir called on the Israeli youths to join this militia.

By deducting funds from other ministries, the National Guard militia budget will be funded. In this regard, 40 million NIS will be deducted from social welfare, 50 million from the health sector, and 130 million from the education sector. Additionally, it's expected that the Israeli government will approve the deduction of these funds, which represent 1.5% of the ministries'' budget, to establish Ben Gvir's special militia in order that Ben Gvir doesn't leave the government.

In an interview with Yedioth Ahronoth, Moshe Karadi, the former Israeli police officer and general commissioner, stated: “Ben Gvir may employ the National Guard militia to carry out a coup, and thus Ronen Bar, the director of Shin Bet (Shabak), will be in danger.” Karadi meant that Netanyahu may also use these militants to stay in his office. Subsequently, will the director of Shabak be able to issue an order to arrest Netanyahu, in case he uses Ben Gvir's national guard militia?

In order to legitimize his terrorist organizations and integrate them into the Israeli security service, Ben Gvir insisted on creating his ideal project. This militia is under the total control of Ben Gvir, who can indoctrinate it with his political views. Moreover, his insistence is demonstrated by what he said in a recent interview with Channel 13: "If the police do not establish the National Guard, I will establish it myself."

Despite the Commissioner-General of Police's concerns that this security apparatus and its establishment are unneeded and can result in severe repercussions, Bin Gvir continues to insist on doing so. “The National Guard's existence is unneeded and could undermine public safety,” he declared.

Based on what happened on Friday at Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, we can easily imagine what's to come if this militia is officially established. After Ben Gvir's national guard militia killed Muhammad Al-Osaibi inside the Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa on Friday night, Bin Gvir declared that he would still support the police. Furthermore, he gave no reaction when Israeli occupation police tried to justify killing a child in Shu'fat while demolishing Oday Al-Tamimi's house and stated that “There is no need to defend yourself or find excuses. I will always be supporting you.”
