Mai Al-Kaila, the Palestinian Minister of Health, criticized Israel's onslaught against Beit Jala Governmental Hospital in Bethlehem. IOF fired tear gas canisters in the yards of the hospital, endangering the lives of patients, particularly children and the elderly.

She stated that the occupation army deliberately discharged gas canisters in the hospital yards, causing breathing problems to patients and their companions.

Al-Kaila on the international community, international legal organizations, and human rights organizations to exert pressure on the occupation to end its aggression against Palestinians and the health and medical facilities that are protected by international law.
