The Israeli Occupation Prisons' administration reportedly moved 4 prisoners from Ramon jail a few hours after moving prisoners from Ashkelon prison to Nafha prison, according to the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs.

In a statement, the Commission of Detainees stated that the relocation of prisoners was an attempt to undermine their stability and impose a new reality on them. It also stated that they were unable to take their personal items due to the occupation and that the transfers were carried out in accordance with the decisions made by Itmar Ben-Gvir, Israel's Minister of National Security.

In order to achieve Ben Gvir's intentions to target the prisoners and impose further restrictions on them, the transfers are the most prominent policy carried out by the occupation prison administration. They are directed at prisoners and any condition of stability that prisoners attempt to create inside the prisons.
