As part of the resistance program approved by the Administrative Detainees Committee, the administrative detainees in "Ofer" jail carried out a step indicated by "delaying the identification of the number," or the so-called security check.
According to The Palestinian Prisoners Club, "Ofer" prison, which is regarded as one of the key jails housing administrative detainees, is where much of the movement is concentrated.
The Committee of Administrative Detainees had stated that this ongoing struggle to confront this arrest was being represented by three batches of prisoners being sent to their cells, as well as by delaying, sit-ins in the prison sectors, returning meals, ceasing to deal with the clinic, ceasing to take medication, and going on a hunger strike, which would eventually lead to the collective strike.
