Photojournalist Ahmad Qalja has died from injuries he sustained when Israeli forces bombed the journalists’ tent at Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital (Al-Ma’madani Hospital) in Gaza yesterday.

With Qalja’s death, the number of journalists killed by Israeli forces during the ongoing genocidal war on the Gaza Strip has now risen to 226.

Israeli forces targeted a journalists’ tent in the courtyard of Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza City, killing three journalists and injuring several others, including Ahmad Qalja. His wounds were critical, and he later succumbed to them.
