Mousa Abu Marzouq, member in Hamas’ Political Bureau, told Arabi21 that the factions’ meeting was delayed to sometime after February 15th. Palestinian sources said that the reasons were Egypt and other remaining arrangements.
Jebril Al-Rajoub, Secretary of Fatah’s Central Committee, said the dialogue will begin on February 8th.
